This new service  provides

• drop-in clinics for general advice for 3rd sector organisations
• power of attorney applications
• guardoanship applications
• advice and help on applying for disability benefits
• help and advice preparing for benefit appeals
• representation at appeals
• home visits where necessary
• weekend and out of hours services
• community care law advice

We are looking for organisations to take part in offering free drop-in legal advice services to their members. If you have disabled or low income clients we can provide a drop in service at your offices free of charge at a time that suits you.

Please note 

• Legal Aid is available for those on benefits and low incomes
• Interpreter services are available (by appointment)
• We will come to you weekly, fortnightly, monthly, as agreed.
• We would need an accessible work space with internet access . 
• By offering more services your organisation may be able to attract more funding and more members.
